Leadership
Mike Eby
Area Director
Mike oversees Joni and Friends Pennsylvania, which includes Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and the countries of China and Nepal. Mike has two siblings with significant disabilities. Because of that, he has become a seasoned volunteer at our Family Retreats over the years. The father of four has extensive leadership experience, including serving as the executive director of the Organization for Competitive Markets and chairman of the National Dairy Producers Organization. As someone personally impacted by disability, Mike is a servant-leader with a heart to build disability ministries in Pennsylvania-area churches.
