A Little Piece of History

Late in 1974, Barbara Walters interviewed me on The Today Show – for me, it was an amazing opportunity to not only show my artwork, but also to give my testimony in Christ to a national audience. One person who watched that morning was Al Bryant, then the managing editor of Zondervan Publishing Company. After seeing my interview, he contacted me to ask if I would be interested in writing my story in a book. I mouth-wrote this letter in response to his question – a little over a year later, the Joni book hit the shelves.
