Marriage Getaway is designed to strengthen relationships of couples living with the disability of a spouse or child. This retreat helps couples to refresh their relationships, connect with others navigating similar challenges, and renew a Christ-centered basis for lasting love and partnership with one another. Held at The Lodge Christian Retreat Center, 20 minutes outside Sonora, this getaway will offer rest and encouragement including biblical teaching, community with other couples, and optional marriage counseling. Recreational activities—from hiking to scenic chair rides at a local ski resort—will also be available. Join us for this time of renewal, fun, and relaxation with your spouse. We are also recruiting a 4-person hospitality team to help with meal preparations daily. Volunteers will arrive 1 day early to assist with set up.
