Can You Guess?
Here’s a riddle for you: What has 818 wheels, travels faster than a bicycle, but needs the hands and feet of lots of people to start moving? Have a guess? Just ask Alysha and the other volunteers in this picture. These kids, teens, and adults provided the hands and feet to get the 818 wheels moving. As a team, they loaded 200 wheelchairs (that’s 800 wheels) and 50 walkers and crutches into a big rig truck (that’s the other 18 wheels). Then they prayed as they sent the truck on its way from Minneapolis to Kansas. Why are those wheels going to Kansas? That’s where the wheelchairs, walkers, and crutches will be cleaned and made ready to go on the next Wheels for the World trip. These wheels will be moving for a long time! Knowing that, it’s no riddle that we love our volunteers, big and small. Thanks, Team!
