TeacherAre you super excited the school year is ending soon? The last few weeks of school can be hard when all you really want to do is play outside all day or stay in your pajamas doing nothing at all. And when you are looking forward to something fun, it can be easy to get impatient about what you still have to do now. And that’s school! Maybe that is why tomorrow is National Teacher’s Day. Now is a good time to stop and work on something God commands us to do over and over again – Be Thankful! Think about all you’ve learned this school year. Remember all of the helpful or kind things your teacher has done. And then tomorrow, thank your teacher! Even if you’ve had a hard year with your teacher and it’s hard to think of a reason to say “thank you”, Ephesians 5:20 says, “Always give thanks to God the Father for everything” (NIrV). So thank God for teachers!
