Learning During Thanksgiving Dinner

You don’t have school on Thanksgiving day, but you have a Teacher who still wants to give you a lesson! Who is that Teacher? God! Sitting down to eat Thanksgiving dinner with your family shows us what God is like! When you get up from the table with your tummy full of all sorts of good food, remember what Acts 14:17 says, “But he has given proof of what he is like. He has shown kindness by giving you rain from heaven. He gives you crops in their seasons. He provides you with plenty of food. He fills your hearts with joy”(NIrV).
