Kids’ Corner Contest Winner: Ages 8-11

Congratulations to the first of our two winners in the Ages 8-11 category, Payton. Read about his favorite Christmas memory below. 

“I have had many great Christmases but I am going to tell you about one Christmas. We went to my grandparents’ house for Christmas. My dad’s whole family showed up. We first had chocolate cake. While we were eating, my uncle switched the labels on the presents! I got a blanket and lipstick. I only got one present that I would use which was a remote control jet. When we got back home we went to bed. The next morning we were going to open our presents from mom and dad, our cat was eating the Christmas tree! When my dad got him out the Christmas tree fell! Luckily nothing broke. This is a Christmas I will never forget.”
