Happy New Year!

It’s been 2016 for more than a month now, but today many people are celebrating a brand new year. Why? Today starts the beginning of the Chinese New Year. For years and years and years, people in China have used a different calendar than what we use now. The Chinese New Year is one of the biggest holidays anywhere in the world! On this special day for the Chinese people, here are five ways you can pray for them:

1. Pray for babies who are born with disabilities. Ask God to put them in families who will love them and care for them.
2. Pray for Christians to be able to boldly share about God’s love.
3. Pray that people with disabilities in China will have better access to doctors and therapy.
4. Pray that all human life will be valued more and more in China.
5. Pray that this year many more Chinese people will come to faith in Jesus.
