Calling All Questions!

Have you ever felt a little silly when it is time to pray? Maybe you don’t really know what to say or you are curious why we close our eyes and bow our heads. And what about our hands? Are we supposed to hold hands or fold them in front of us or keep them in our lap? Why do we say things like “In Jesus’ name” and “Amen?” And then there are all of those questions about why we pray. Does God really hear us? What if we don’t know what to say? What if we mix up our words when we are praying or say something really silly? And then there are the harder questions. Why doesn’t God always give us what we pray for? Why does God want us to pray anyway? If you are at all like Joni when she was a kid, you have lots of questions about praying! So for the month of March, Kids’ Corner (with some help from Joni) will be answering questions about prayer. If you have a question, let us know!
