Joni and Friends Named a Best Christian Workplace 19th Year in a Row
AGOURA HILLS, California, February 25, 2025 – In recognition for cultivating the hallmarks of a flourishing workplace culture, the international disability ministry Joni and Friends has been named a Best Christian Workplace for 2024.
This marks the 19th year in a row our ministry has received this honor.
The recognition is bestowed by the Best Christian Workplaces Institute, which helps Christian organizations and businesses increase their impact by cultivating a flourishing workplace culture. The designation is based on an analysis of employee feedback in eight areas that drive workplace culture including uplifting growth, healthy communication, and inspirational leadership. Even as workplace trends shift over the years, the Best Christian Workplace designation recognizes the importance of time-tested values in an organization.
This year, a record number of organizations were named Certified Best Christian Workplaces. These stellar Christian businesses and nonprofits are spread across the United States, Canada, and 10 countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe, and Oceania.
