Joni and Friends received the top directing honor for “Kekoa’s Chair: A Legacy of Hope,” a touching mini documentary that followed one woman’s journey to donate her late son’s wheelchair to a young woman with disabilities in the Philippines as part of our ministry’s Wheels for the World™ program.

This is the sixth year Joni and Friends has received Telly Awards for producing premier videos focused on outreach to individuals and families living with disability, but this represents the ministry’s first Gold Medal in directing.
