Ashland Special Needs – Called and Chosen Respite Ashland Special Needs Ministry will be partnering with two churches to provide respite care for families with children with disabilities. Called and Chosen Respite will be a night out for parents, grandparents, or guardians who have children with disabilities of any age. This night is also for the siblings to attend so that the parents have a true night out! Called and Chosen Respites will include: A healthy dinner, a volunteer to be your loved one’s buddy, crafts, stories, gym time, and free play. Drop Off @4:30 Pick Up @7:30

Christian Community Church – UNHINDERED provides an adult support group and children’s Social Group for families touched by autism. Both groups meet on the second Tuesday of every month from 6:30 – 8pm.
Columbus Vineyard – Join the Special Needs Ministry on the 4th Thursday of every month from 7-8:30pm for an inclusive worship experience with no shushing allowed! Joyful Noise is designed for individuals and families affected by disability and welcomes people of all ages. We will worship, share in a short devotional, pray and just hang hang out together. You don’t want to miss this special time!
Freedom Fellowships – Our goal is to provide a monthly event that both parents and children look forward to! We want to provide parents with the gift of time and rest. Your children will be given 1-on-1 attention from a personal buddy and get to be included in activities that are tailored to meet their needs. Our adult participants will have the opportunity to engage in fellowship in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

North Way Christian Community – Sewickley Valley Campus – This event is open to families who have children in grades kindergarten through 12th grade. It will take place from 5:00pm – 8:00pm at our Sewickley Valley location. Parents will be able to drop off all children (neurotypical or neurodiverse) and encouraged to get dinner nearby. The evening will be fun and dinner, activities, and more will be provided.
Reynoldsburg Community Church – Our Joyful Noise worship service is held on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm in Kirsch Hall. This is a celebration and worship gathering for young adults and children with special needs and circumstances. We’ll enjoy music, a story or learning activity, and prayer circle. Let’s have fun together and joyfully share our love for the Lord!
Strongsville United Methodist Church – This amazing ministry, called ReCharge, provides respite for two-and-a-half hours once a month on Friday nights for families to have free time while trained volunteers care for their child with special needs. This is offered for children of infant age through high school.
