Young Leaders Gathering 2016

Recently, more than 1,000 young Christian leaders from 140 countries gathered in Jakarta, Indonesia for Lausanne’s Young Leaders’ Gathering 2016 – the purpose was to network these dynamic young leaders together and ignite them with an even greater passion to reach the world for Christ. Joni and Friends was honored to sponsor eight young leaders involved in global disability ministry – several of them, in fact, have disabilities, including Michael Panther, a paraplegic from South Sudan who feels called to reach his disabled countrymen for Jesus. Join me in praying that these young leaders will be used by the Lord to spark revival in their countries… and that many more people with disabilities around the world will be brought into the fold of Christ’s fellowship.
