Welcome November…

Funny how a simple arrangement of pumpkins, bittersweet and candles can make you sigh and smile. “Fall has always been my favorite season – a time when everything bursts with its last beauty, as if nature had been saving up all year for the grand finale,” someone has said. And with the beginning of November, the last display of autumn color begins to fade — but even that has its unique splendor, doesn’t it?! A fresh season always brings fresh reasons to thank God for His goodness and mercy. After all, Acts 14:17 says, “He has shown kindness by giving you rain from heaven and crops in their seasons; he provides you with plenty of food and fills your hearts with joy.” As we begin this new month, join me today in thanking Jesus for filling our hearts with the joy of this glorious season!
