Walking With a Purpose

Have you ever made money by taking a walk?

The students at a private school in Texas have. Every year their school holds a walk-a-thon to raise money. This year they chose to raise money for Joni and Friends!

Not only did they earn $2,500 for the number of laps the participants walked, but a local business was so impressed by their efforts they agreed to match the amount! And as you can see, several of the kids also made new friends along the way!

Now that’s walking with a purpose!
