Pet Scan Prayers Needed
Early on Tuesday morning, Ken will take me for my semiannual Pet Scan – every six months I visit the radiology clinic for a complete scan to ensure that my cancer has not metastasized. It’s been three years since my mastectomy, and if this upcoming scan reads NED (no evidence of disease), then the chances of cancer reoccurring drop dramatically. Please join us in praying that if, indeed, any renegade cancer cells are hanging around in my body, this scan will pinpoint them (I’ll let you know the results later on in the week). Third John 3 is a simple, but great way to intercede: “Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.” Thank you for making that your prayer!
