Integration: A First Corinthians Mandate

Every now and then, I’ve been posting brief videos filmed at our recent Global Access Conference – we sat conference-goers in front of a camera and asked them “What would be better?” We wanted to hear their thoughts on making the church a ‘better’ community. First Corinthians 12:13-18 speaks powerfully about integration: “Now the body is not made up of one part but of many. If the foot should say, ‘Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,’ it would not for that reason cease to be part of the body. And if the ear should say, ‘Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,’ it would not for that reason cease to be part of the body.… But in fact God has arranged the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be.” Take a look and see what our conference attendees thought about this…
