Summer is a very special time here at Joni and Friends, particularly for families who are impacted by disability.
Every summer we host Family Retreats. These Retreats are held in an accessible camp environment that provides inclusive worship, Bible-based teaching, age-appropriate fun activities, and time to cultivate meaningful connections with other families who experience similar challenges.
The heart behind Family Retreat is to provide opportunities for families to be cared for by a supportive community, be encouraged by the truth of the Gospel, and to walk away rejuvenated because they have experienced the compassion God has for each and every one of them… no matter their ability.
The Lord is good to all;
He has compassion on all He has made.
Psalm 145:9
