Gumji-Im Sisters

I first met Eunice Im and her sister, Keren, many years ago at a Joni and Friends Family Retreat. Keren had autism and, back then, Eunice really didn’t view her sister as a friend. Keren was just, well… a sister with a disability. But while serving as a volunteer at Retreat, Eunice fell in love with some of the young people who had autism—she had so much fun with them that week! Which made her wonder, “why can’t my relationship with Keren be the same?!”

That was well over a decade ago, and now? Eunice and her sister, Keren, are not only best friends, they started a letterpress business together! So take a minute and watch this special video – it’s my way of introducing you to not only to my friends Keren and Eunice, but their card business, as well! (And guess what?! They designed the wedding invitations for Jenny, a fellow volunteer who served with her fiancé at Family Retreat)!
