Executive Promotions at Joni and Friends
We are excited to announce the promotions of three senior executives, as longtime Chaplain and CFO Billy Burnett retires. President and COO Doug Mazza said,“(Billy) has contributed so significantly to the ministry during his years of service here – in both the financial success and workplace environment – that his legacy of leadership will live on far beyond his tenure.”
Laura Pulido, previously serving as Director of Development, is our new Executive Vice President and CFO. Vice President Steve Bundy has assumed Burnett’s spiritual duties in his new position as Senior Vice President, Integration and Ministry Chaplain. Director of Human Resources, Cate Given, has been promoted to Vice President, Human Resources.
Laura Pulido has worked at Joni and Friends since 2011. Her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, previous experience as a business owner, ability in financial analysis, departmental integration, and strategic thinking made her the unanimous choice as for her position.
Steve Bundy has been
with Joni and Friends since 2007. He is also a pastor, holding both a B.A. in Theology and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership. His compassion for all people, former experience as an international missionary and pastor on a church staff, and as a father to a son with disabilities – Caleb – will serve Bundy well in his new role.
Lastly, Cate Given came to Joni and Friends in 2008. She holds a BS Degree in Organizational Leadership and has years of corporate human resource experience and training, making her the natural choice for her new position.
