December Star Kid: Katie

At eight years old, Katie had to learn how to walk all over again. Her nerves started having trouble sending messages to her brain, so instead of walking normally, she would fall down. Learning to walk again was a lot of work! But Katie remembers John 3:16. Knowing that God sent His Son so that we can have eternal life gives Katie great hope! Sometimes Katie still needs to use a wheelchair to help her get around. That’s why her favorite song is I’ve Got Wheels. It’s fun to think about all of the different kinds of wheels we use to get around. What wheels do you use?
