Cue the Wedding March!

Tomorrow is July 3, our 30th wedding anniversary – this photo was snapped the moment they swung open the church doors so I could begin wheeling down the aisle. Up until then, I was SO nervous. But as soon as I saw Ken up front standing tall with a big smile, all my waiting and worrying disappeared – I just couldn’t wait to join him ‘at the altar.’ Maybe it will be a little like that when we, the Bride of Christ, catch our first glimpse of our Savior. The waiting will be over and so shall we forever be with the Lord. Hallelujah – I love it that Christian marriage is such a POWERFUL picture of the love between us and Jesus Christ!
