Amy’s War Room

When people talk about wars, it is easy to get scared or upset. War is a serious thing. But one thing that is important to remember is where the real war is. Ephesians 6:12 says, “Our fight is not against human beings. It is against the rulers, the authorities and the powers of this dark world. It is against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly world” (NIrV). And in this war, God’s side is the winning side! This truth is what Amy had in mind when she helped her youth group pray for children and families affected by disabilities. She lined the walls of the classroom with prayer requests and then each kid in her youth group walked from wall to wall praying for the request. In prayer we can be strong warriors for God! Is there something that has you scared or upset? Be strong in the Lord and pray!
