Aaron Gray
Area Director
Aaron has always had a heart for those who are overlooked. He has 15 years of experience in pastoral and college ministry, including in cross-cultural settings abroad. This has shaped his ability to care for the hurting while equipping others to enter into that space as well. Aaron loves helping others catch the vision of seeing every person with a disability feel hope, dignity, and their place in community with Jesus and with others. Aaron holds degrees in management and marketing, as well as a master’s in divinity, all of which augment his role at Joni and Friends as he seeks to support and strategically grow the ministry in and around Nashville, Tennessee.
