Before going in to complete a Live Scan fingerprint, applicants must enroll in the California Fingerprint Submission service through Certifix Live Scan.

Note: Using the information provided above allows you to complete a Live Scan at no cost to you and instead bills Joni and Friends. If you choose to get a Live Scan at a non-Certifix location, you will be responsible for the cost.
To get fingerprinted, go to the Certifix location you chose and bring with you:
- Two appropriate forms of identification.
- The QR Code emailed to you by Certifix.
