Wheels for the World™️ offers the hope of the Gospel while providing life-changing mobility to people living with disabilities worldwide. Join a Wheels for the World™️ Outreach to the Dominican Republic! Serve with us as a Seating Therapist, Mechanic, Photojournalist, Seamstress, or in a Support role. Every team member will directly impact people living with disabilities in a life-changing way.
About El Salvador:
With an area slightly smaller than the state of Massachusetts, El Salvador is the smallest, most densely populated country in Central America. While ministry for people affected by disability grows, the country’s legislation still remains limiting for people living with disabilities. In a land whose name translates to “The Savior”, you will have opportunities to share the love and message of our true Savior – Jesus Christ – with those affected by disability. Apply today to provide wheelchairs and the Gospel message to people in need. You will also work closely with Salvadoran Therapists and Mechanics who are striving to meet the overwhelming need for mobility and accessibility throughout the country year-round.
Cost and Safety Protocols:
The cost for this outreach is all-inclusive; however, any pre-outreach vaccination requirements are the responsibility of each individual traveler. Outreach costs may vary for applicants outside of the 48 contiguous United States. Wheels for the World™️ will adhere to country protocols related to health and safety requirements.
