Corporate Interns serving at a Joni and Friends U.S. Ministry Office will have the unique opportunity to gain insight into the insider’s view of a disability ministry, non-profit environment. Interns will gain perspective of our unique culture of integration across our departments and Field Offices. Interns will be paired with a U.S. Ministry Office, harmonizing their area of interest and skill sets with their assigned position. Every intern at Joni and Friends is granted opportunity to use their gifts and talents to further ministry to people living with disability. Our desire is that every intern is adopted into the family and culture of Joni and Friends. This internship will not only contain daily tasks and projects, but also intentional times of training and mentorship. Our hope is to develop interns as young leaders, helping them take the next step in God’s journey for their life. Whether pursuing Christian ministry or learning how to use their technical skill sets to serve the disability community, we want to help them envision the future and meet their goals. Please note, not all U.S. Offices have the capacity to have an intern during every season. Please understand every internship is designed around the needs of the intern and the availability of the office. We do our best to create an internship specific to the interns needs and schedule. Corporate Internships are available any time of the year and are flexible in length. The Internship department will facilitate a host home and transportation for the internship if needed. Interns should plan on budgeting around $60/day for these costs.

*Subsidies are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. College credit may also be available depending on the requirements of your university.
