Central California Walk ‘N’ Roll – Sacramento

Why Walk N Roll? Nearly 1 billion people around the world live with disabilities. Our community has a higher percentage (12.8%) of people with disabilities than other parts of California (10.6%). Many of these individuals and their families are unaware of services and supports available to them. Our Joni and Friends Disability Resource Fair & Walk ‘N’ Roll is an opportunity to bring together people living with disabilities, their families, friends, vendors, service providers and community partners to raise awareness and transform the lives of individuals affected by disability. There will be resource tables providing valuable information, an accessible for all playground, food trucks, and opportunities to connect with others impacted by disability.
Participate, Sponsor, or Both? Register as an individual or pull together a team and raise funds to support Sacramento area families impacted by disability by walking and rolling with us. Registration includes a t-shirt, swag bag, and a food truck coupon for lunch. Community partners and businesses can support as sponsors and be recognized at the event. Remember, 100% of all donations stay local and go directly towards meeting the needs of people with disabilities and their families in our area.
