All volunteers who wish to serve at our upcoming Family Fun Day Respite event are required to attend this essential training, designed to fully equip you for a meaningful and safe day of service. Training topics will include:

• Disability Etiquette: Practical ways to interact respectfully and confidently with individuals of all abilities
• Serving with Compassion: Approaching each family and individual with empathy, patience, and care
• Sexual Abuse Awareness: Important protocols to ensure a safe environment for everyone
• Event-Specific Details: Learn about the individuals and families you’ll be serving, including any specific needs or accommodations, so you can help make the day fun, smooth, and inclusive for all.
