Interns will travel together from the United States to Curitiba, Brazil, where they will be trained for a three-day International Family Retreat in cooperation with PIB Curitiba, our in-country church partner, being involved Students will put their two-day training to work serving as a one-on-one buddy for a person living with disability, or in general service to the retreat as games, art projects, and worship activities are presented. Students also will have cultural experiences in the city and serve at Joni’s House in Campo Largo. We will worship at the host church and assist with their ministry to underprivileged children, as well as tour their facilities to observe their wide-reaching ministry.
