Students from Family Studies and Nursing at adjacent Messiah University will staff the event. Families will be invited through Lancaster PA office of JAF. This will be Messiah’s first daytime respite event. It will provide respite for families living with disabilities and provide interns with experience in ministry to those with special needs. A successful event should lead to additional internship opportunities for Messiah students.
