Family Retreat Michigan Week 4

Hosted by Joni and Friends Illinois, this Family Retreat located on the beautiful Lake Michigan shore is designed to serve adults living with disability and their families (all family members 18 and over). In a fully accessible camp environment, families are cared for, rejuvenated, and encouraged in Christ. Come enjoy a fun, Christ-centered environment that is safe and accepting for each member of the family. During your time of respite and refreshment, you will build lasting memories and find renewed hope as you take part in Bible study and accessible activities (swimming, boating, and horseback riding!), all while connecting with other families who face similar challenges. Come for inclusive worship, evenings under the stars, time in God’s Word, and encouraging messages from our speakers—it’s a little slice of heaven!
Family Cost:
$560 per person
If you are a Christ-follower with a heart to bring help and Gospel hope to people with disabilities, you can make a powerful hands-on difference by volunteering with us at a Joni and Friends Family Retreat.
As a volunteer at Family Retreat, you will join our team in offering experiences of joy, rest, and belonging in the body of Christ. Whether you serve as a one-on-one buddy, help with crafts, or lead Bible studies or times of worship, you will make a lasting difference in the name of Jesus.
- No experience is necessary! Training will be provided before the event begins.
