Information for Families: Joni and Friends Mississippi is excited to announce our first-ever partnership with the Mississippi State Fair! Join us on October 7th from 10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. to experience a disability-friendly version of the fair, with adjustments made to enhance accessibility, sensory tents, and dedicated quiet zones available alongside the classic attractions of the Mississippi State Fair. Volunteer buddies will be partnered with registered families to provide support throughout the day.

Information for Volunteers: Join Joni and Friends Mississippi as a volunteer as we co-host a disability-friendly experience at the Mississippi State Fair. Together, we will serve individuals living with disability on October 7th from 10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. to make the fair accessible for all families. Volunteers will be paired with families to act as buddies throughout the fair visit. Joni and Friends will cover the cost of admission for volunteers.
