Interns serving with Joni and Friends will have the unique opportunity to gain an insider’s view of a non-profit disability ministry. Working as part of the Joni and Friends team at our headquarters, interns will gain perspective of our unique culture of integration across our departments and field offices. Every intern at Joni and Friends will use their gifts and talents to further ministry to people living with disability.

Our desire is that every intern is adopted into the family and culture of Joni and Friends. This internship will not only involve daily tasks and projects, but also intentional times of training and mentorship. Through this experience, interns grow as leaders, hone practical skills, and gain theological insight, all of which prepare them to take the next steps in their faith and professional life.
