Upon arrival, our parking team will guide you to our convenient and accessible drop-off point. Once you reach the unloading area, you will receive instructions for parking in a designated area.

Volunteers will serve in various roles throughout the day (face painting, games and activities, horse station, hayride assistance, food stations, etc.)! After completing your online volunteer registration, you will select your specific area of service upon arrival at volunteer check-in on the event day. Volunteer roles will be assigned based on the greatest area of need.

We ask that volunteers arrive at volunteer check-in by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Volunteers will receive a brief training and then be directed to their area of service for the event!

Please note, volunteers will not serve as one-on-one buddies for participants at this event.
