This is an outdoor event. There are coverings in case of inclement weather.
Yes! Rain or shine the Barnyard Bash will still be in full swing! We have plenty of space for you to enjoy the day even if there is rain.
Upon arrival, our parking team will direct you to our convenient and accessible drop-off point. Once you have reached the unloading area you will be given instructions to park in the designated parking area.
Yes! We make necessary adjustments around the farm to provide an environment that is accessible for wheelchair users.
Yes, everyone is welcome! The Barnyard Bash will be a great day of fun and fellowship for all ages.
We are not able to accommodate food allergies. If you or a family member have food allergies, we encourage you to bring your own food to enjoy at the event.
Only volunteers are required to register prior to the Barnyard Dance. If you are joining the event as a participant, family living with disability, or group home, you are welcome to join us without registering online prior to the event.

Volunteer FAQs:
Volunteers will serve in various ways throughout the day (face painting, games and activities, horse station, hayride assistance, food stations, etc.)! After completing your online volunteer registration, you will select your specific area of service upon arrival at volunteer check-in on the day of the event. (Volunteer roles will be available based on greatest area of need.)
We ask that volunteers arrive at volunteer check-in by 2:00pm on Saturday, October 12th. Volunteers will receive a brief training and then be directed to their area of service for the day! * Please note, volunteers will not serve as one-on-one buddies for participants at this event.
