Numbering Your Days

“Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.”

Psalm 90:12

Over the years, my quadriplegia has forced me to take one day at a time. ‘This trial’ is so hard that this morning’s grace is not enough by midmorning. Grace runs out by lunchtime, and I ‘have’ to go to God. Because of this wheelchair, I’m ‘always’ going to God for help! And living like ‘that’ makes each day precious. It’s why Psalm 90 tells us to “number our days so we might apply our heart to God’s wisdom.” And His wisdom is living the way I just described. So how can you be a better steward of your days? Welcome the next trial as a friend: a friend that forces you to slow down and live, utterly dependent on God. ‘Thank’ Him for His grace and ask for His help. ‘That’s’ His wisdom for numbering your days.

Sharing Hope through My Quadriplegia and Suffering

Like many others who have endured life-changing injuries, Cameron never imagined he would live without the full use of his hands and legs. He joins the podcast to talk about how God has filled him with strength and grace amid his suffering, which has led people to know Jesus and displayed God’s power through trials.
