Make an Eternal Impact

“But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.”

The Bible says, “With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.” Now we’ve all heard the old adage that God looks at the last 2,000 years as a couple of days gone by, but what about reckoning each day as a thousand years? Friend, God can take one day in your life and give it a thousand years’ worth of eternal impact. Let’s say as you help a neighbor with some house chores, you tell ’em about Jesus. Christian service like that can resound to a thousand years-worth of eternal blessings to you, your neighbor, ‘and’ eternal glory to God. So, never underestimate that small chance to serve in the name of Jesus. Today, make an investment in eternity. The benefits are out of this world.
