“Number of My Days” with Tommy Walker

I’m a big fan of Tommy Walker’s music, and recently he invited me to sing his new song, “Number of My Days.” Given that I am still in a battle with cancer, I take to heart every word. Oh Jesus, help me to prize every day as a treasure.

Tommy said it best, “To count the number of our days is to live our lives with an eternal perspective or you could say – to live this life for the next. This way of seeing our days changes everything…

It means our dreams and goals will be motivated by the things that will matter a thousand years from now. It’s a reminder to not chase after the things that won’t last, but to seek first Jesus and His Kingdom.”
