Hope Overflowing: 100,000 Wheelchairs by 2020
Last February, we announced our groundbreaking Wheels for the World initiative: Hope Overflowing 100,000 by 2020. We are pleased to announce that we are on track to reach our 2016 goal of 14,500 wheelchairs. Yes, the Lord has helped us! That is why we have every reason to rejoice and move out courageously, knowing He will help us as we work to deliver 100,000 wheelchairs by the year 2020! This is a huge goal, a God-sized vision!
We have put our faith in the Lord that together, we’ll provide 14,500 wheelchairs to people with disabilities this year. With each wheelchair, we’ll share the Gospel message that turns hopelessness to hope overflowing. But the need is great. There are thousands of little children and adults in developing countries that need a wheelchair and the Gospel message of Jesus Christ that brings hope to those in despair. We hear them. We see them.
