Your Name is Written
This is Joni Eareckson Tada, and I am dumping my old address book for a new one. My old book is so smeared and stained, I can’t even understand some of the names. Plus, as I’ve transferred the info, I’ve had to dump some names because I’ve forgotten just who those people are. I am so relieved that God’s Book of Life does not resemble my address book with all its stains, erasures, and unreadable names. The Bible says, “I will never erase his name from the Book of Life, but will acknowledge his name before my Father and his angels.” Hallelujah, Jesus won’t use an eraser when it comes to his Book of Life! No smears, no stains, no smudges. And thankfully, it is not so jam-packed with names that Jesus can’t remember who is who. Friend, if you are a Christian; rejoice that your name is listed in the Book of Life. And it’s written in his blood; that is permanent ink, for sure.

Disability and the Gospel
Learn how God uses our brokenness to display His grace. As a parent of a disabled child, Beates encourages believers and churches alike to embrace those who appear more physically and visually broken, and to help bring vision and hope to those who need it most.
