The End of the Mystery
Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada, and I love reading a good mystery book, but real life mysteries aren’t much fun. When you are faced with an injury, the loss of a job or a disappointment, you find yourself entangled in a mysterious web of questions that can cause a crisis of faith. But look. Psalm 139 says that God has already written down how our days will unfold. Your life is like a sixty-page paperback that fits into God’s enormous library of novels and scripts and stories. God has written you into His grand design and just think: your obedient response to suffering will go down as a chapter in God’s greater story! One day the mystery will all be made plain – and what a glorious conclusion it’ll be!
