Physical Therapist For Christ

Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada. Sarah is a physical therapist who loves her work. And for a while now, she has wanted to use her skills in ministry. When she found out about Joni and Friends, she decided to serve all out! Volunteering at Family Retreats, signing up for a Wheels for the World outreach, then she returned to the states to become a wheelchair collection volunteer, collecting wheelchairs. 

All this, while she still worked as a PT. Not long ago, Sarah was in Peru, leading a Bible study for mothers of special needs kids. After she shared the Gospel, all the mothers gave their lives to Jesus. Sarah lives out Acts chapter 20 because she considers her life worth nothing to her, if only she can just finish the race and testify to the Gospel of grace. If you are a healthcare professional that wants to use your skills in ministry, there’s a place for you, just like there is for Sarah, at joniandfriends.org. I’m Joni Eareckson Tada.
