Close up of autumn leaves, light streaming through them.

Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada, and I was born the last of four girls, with Kathy as my next older sisterAfter I broke my neck, every Saturday morning Kathy would arrive at my hospital bedside with fresh donutsShe’d spread out a tablecloth on my sheet, get milk from the hospital cafeteria, and together we’d enjoy donuts while watching Saturday morning cartoonsMy sister did everything she could to make that difficult season in my life as easy as possibleKathy illustrates Ecclesiastes chapter 4 where it says, “Two are better than one  If either of them falls down, one can help the other upBut pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.” I am so grateful that God designed families to help one anotherSo, do you have a sister – or brother – in need? Follow my sister Kathy’s example – and the wisdom of Ecclesiastes – and help em up!
