Join Joni and Friends for a disability etiquette training held virtually for ministry leaders and volunteers serving at Trinity Baptist Church’s upcoming Special Loves banquet. Together we will discuss the biblical foundation for inclusive outreach, welcoming tips and relationship building with families navigating disability, and disability etiquette with emphasis on disabilities most expected at the Special Loves banquet (autism spectrum disorder, sensory disabilities, and behavior challenges), with practical, specific tips. Training will also cover volunteer roles and review of the event schedule.
