Join us for a complimentary dinner and an evening full of fun for all! \nEvent Timeline: \n\n4:00-5:45 p.m. Farm Activities: Accessible Hayride\, Petting Zoo\, Horses\, Games\, Face Painting\n5:45-6:45 p.m.\nDinner 6:00-7:00 p.m.\n\nFAQs: \nIs this an indoor or outdoor event?This is an outdoor event. There is some cover in case of inclement weather.Will the event still happen if it is raining?Yes! Rain or shine\, the Barnyard Dance at Moseley Meadows will continue! We have ample space to ensure you can enjoy the day\, even if it rains.Where will I park? Upon arrival\, our parking team will guide you to our convenient and accessible drop-off point. Once you reach the unloading area\, you will receive instructions for parking in a designated area.Is this event wheelchair accessible?Yes! After completing your online volunteer registration\, you will select your specific area of service upon arrival at volunteer check-in on the event day. Volunteer roles will be assigned based on the greatest area of need.What time do volunteers arrive?We ask that volunteers arrive at volunteer check-in by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday\, September 19\, 2026. Volunteers will receive a brief training and then be directed to their area of service for the event!\nPlease note\, volunteers will not serve as one-on-one buddies for participants at this event.
