As part of this registration process, I acknowledge and consent that any image and/or audio recordings recorded as a participant in this Joni and Friends event that contain my image and/or voice, and the image and/or voice of any children for whom I am parent or guardian, may be used without restriction by Joni and Friends for any purpose, including public broadcast. Joni and Friends shall have unconditional ownership of and broadcast rights to such images and/or sound recordings. These conditions apply to any submitted media, such as video footage, audio recordings, images and still photographs provided by me as an on-camera participant for JAF's use. This consent applies to each adult person included in this registration as well. We hereby release and discharge Joni and Friends and its licensees from any claims of damage or cause of action resulting from usage of these image(s) and/or audio recordings.
