Area Director
Serving the bi-state area, E. St. Louis, IL/St. Louis, MO, CeCe brings over three decades of Christian leadership experience to her role at Joni and Friends. A former senior pastor, CeCe has a heart for serving people living with disability and poverty. CeCe’s call to serving in correctional institutions for over 13 years equipped her with strength and courage to go to Samaria, the place where few will travel—and has taught her the value in serving those often forgotten.
